How did u get into skateboarding?

JP-My dad built my brother and I a half pipe, it was steep as hell, but it started my obsession

JC- My friend Edgar was doing it when I met him,so then I got into it too.

What do you think of the whole SD scene right now? Many out of towners and industry heads look past SD. How do you feel about that?

JP-SD is home, I dont know if I'm part of the whole scene though, I'm out here in the cuts doing my own thing with my homies. I dont care what the out of towners or industry have to say, unless its positive

JC- Skating's hard in San Diego. Lately it's been hot too, so that sucks.

What skaters are you guys feeling right now?

JP-JC
JC- I like Dennis Durrant, he's buttery.

What your daily essentials you guys need?

JP-My board, my ipod, my backpack with trees and equipment included, a bottle of water, a lighter, and cash.

Rob Dyrdek and Big Black are having a show on MTV coming up. Do you guys ever think about doing a reality show together? I think you guys should call it the double J's. haha j/p.

JP- Yeah, so you heard about it? It's gonna be late night on HBO, we worked out a deal, but are just waiting on some details overlooking the contract. I can't tell you the plot yet. it's complex

JP-SK858 is family. We've been through a lot together coming up. Its good times, its love, its all good.

If you could be good at anything else besides skating what would it be?

JP-Music for sure, and futbol.
JC- I wish I could draw or play music.

How would you guys both describe each other?

JP-Jimmy is my brother, he's a good person, he's humble, and he's always tired, but at the same time he's always down to skate. He's a nice guy too so don't be afraid to talk to him because he'll talk back and it'll be positive.
